This film affected me so damn much.. daniel's death is an awful waste of life.. Angelina Jolie should have been nominated for an oscar for this instead of her monotonous act in changeling..glad to see Indian actors making a strong mark in a Hollywood movie.. a definite watch and a piece of powerful cinema 5/5
Wow what an amazing film. Angelina played Marianne so well..and what a strong driven women. It's devastating what happend to Daniel, but Marianne turned this into a film that will forever show him as a dedicated journalist and also a strong man. I loved this film!
Really good and sad movie. It is an international movie and this movie was taken from real events. Angelina Jolie did superb job in her role and Irfan Khan (C.I.D. officer) was really good in his role. I will give 5/5
I couldn't imagine being Mariane Pearl. If something ever happened to my husband I don't know what I would do. The way she kept herself together was so remarkable. 5/5

I am stunned by the incredible realism and pain and resilience that this film depicts and brings right here to the viewer's computer. I remember hearing about this on the news. It takes a movie like this to make me ashamed that I did not feel more grief and pride at that time. Grief for the loss of Daniel and pride in how Marianne handled this. I will place this on my True Crime and Biography playlist.
A cinematic expose' that shows the Jihadis for the sub human parasites that they are. They don't understand that every time someone sees this movie they want to send money to Israel and pat them on the back.No real valid religion is going to suggest that someones head be cut off. That is just a twisted,self serving,adaptation of the Prophets teaching. God will smite these people for misleading the youth.
A Mighty Heart, a mighty person, I didn't even know the Daniel Pearl story was made into a film. This was so sad but I feel that Daniel will always be rememberd as will all the other victims of this underground conflict. AJ played her part like the true star she is. 9/10
Although it took three days to watch this movie, and i had to finish watching on another site i am glad i persisted! This was very well made, and Angelina gave an outstanding performance playing this poor wife and journalist who is so brave and filled with courage! Daniel Pearl would be so very proud of her, and my heart goes out to this family, and all those who suffer while seeking the truth as well as the victims of these insane ego tripping selfrightious cowards who use faith and religion as an excuse to be brutal butchers for amusment, and to make themselves feel they are better than the rest of humanity! They are not animals as that would be insulting to any other living creature! These are nothing more than evil subhuman parasites! I give this movie 5/5! and it's going on my playlist for sure!

fears on how terrorism works. Angelina Jolie's performance will be remembered
in this one. Rated 5/5.
very sad story..i remember all this from the news. All of the actors did a wonderfull job, to me the point wasnt to be the best actor or actress it was to get the story across to people, and to feel the fear and the pain this woman was going through..and if you didnt feel that or atleast get an idea whether it was Angelina or Willie Foo Foo somethings wrong with you
I have to give it 3/5. I thought it was a good movie since it is very real. I thought Angelina did a great job. I thought the story could have been told differently. As sad as it is, I think there was too much time spent dwelling or reminiscing about him and not enough time on catching the evil doers - just my two cents. I hope I am not sounding too insensitive.
I wasn't really looking forward to seeing this because I haven't heard very good reviews. To be honest I wasn't blown away.
The story on the other hand is tragic and horrible, definatly sad.
I think I would of preferred watching a documentary about the event rather than a movie.
VERY SAD AND POWERFUL PIECE OF CINEMA. A MUCH WATCH. I HAD HEARD THIS STORY ON THE NEWS BUT I WAS GETTING SO TIRED OF THE DEATH TOLL THAT I DIDN'T PAY MUCH ATTENTION AND TO WATCH THIS MOVIE REALY BROKE MY HEART. I GAVE ME CHILLS AND MADE ME CRY. HOW CAN WE BE SO CRUEL TO ONE ANOTHER. WE ARE ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN GODS EYES WHICH EVER GOD THAT MAY BE. WE EAT, SLEEP, AND S**T THE SAME AND THE SOONER PPL GET THAT THROUGH THERE THICK SCULLS THE BETTER THE WORLD WOULD BE.
Well they still have anger over the things we did and its a constant retaliation on each others. This goes for everyone. The world will never learn and thats a fact. Plus some of us here know the truth and secret that there is no god.
I didn't realize this was based on a true story until I got mid-way through it. It was riveting. I wasn't sure what to expect. Sad ending and very good performance by Angelina.
