I.S.A.A.C. (Intuitive Synthetic Autonomous Assault Commando), played by former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin, is the first prototype of a confidential "human weapon" program. Once a death-row inmate, he is now a genetically reconstructed, highly trained, deadly assassin whose body and mind have been modified to become a physically regenerative, intellectually superior human being. On the run, I.S.A.A.C. takes Deputy Lindsay Rearden (Tiffani Thiessen; "Beverly Hills, 90210") hostage. Their lives in jeopardy from secret military agents being lead by world-renowned robotic engineer Simon Hart (Bruce Greenwood; I, Robot; National Treasure: Book of Secrets), the deputy and I.S.A.A.C. combine forces to expose the military group constructing these super beings.
Rich franklin did this movies because he was injured during his fight with Anderson Silva almost ended his career. anyway this movie has really bad acting, i dont count Rich franklin. Rich dont even look like an cyborg, i mean bad scripting, bad acting, bad directing, bad effects.
Watched most of it last night but fell asleep, but it was worth watching the rest before leaving for work,all in all could have been better but worth the watch.
I enjoyed it anyways.:)
I would have to at least rate this movie 3/5 more if there were just a little more quality put into it.
Okay, this movie was not the greatest and yes franklin plz stay in the ufc ring, but I did like this movie points about how to judge what is human reminds me of a issac asimov book called foundations. I give this movie 4.5/10 worth a watch once and then to put it away.
Seems like the high school sci-fi club got together and put their lunch money together to make a movie. They could only get cable to buy it so they could not have sex, only guns. Then the movie ends when their allowance ran out.
Rich has no buisness being an actor he was bad real bad not to mention this is a verry bad ripoff of Universal Soldier. this was just all around bad movie.
