I saw it on tv years ago and didn't remember what the name of this movie was until today and I have not been more happy, this is the one of the few movies that give me real rush and makes me creepy in my stomach cause i'm afraid of water to.
i really thought this was one of the better shark movies out there,i would actually like to take a poll of what movie is better this or jaws,i wonder..i still think jaws is a classic and should get higher notch over this,hmm..3.8/5
Hoh gawd havent watched this since it was on tv a long time ago lol. Still so .. funny with some badass moment XD. This is THE SHARK movie of all time lol. Great cast and great moments/quote. I recommend it to anyone who want some action with big fish.
This is one of my favourite movies ever. If they can even be compared, it blows the water out of Jaws. It's captivating and I could watch this over and over (and have).
10/10. If you're a sucker for sharks, this is the best movie you will stumble across to watch.
You are right this is alot better than Jaws. It's too bad that Jaws gets all the credit though. This movie is crazy awesome, but nothing can beat "Anacondas" in my opinion.
Watched this all the time way back when it first came out! on VHS! i loved it then and i still love it now! its got great action! amazing special effects for its time and some nice comedy also! really fun movie!
The part with Samuel making his speech reminded me completely of Snakes on a Plane when he said "I'm tired of these -- snakes on this -- plane!" Just replace snakes with sharks and plane with ocean. :D
first saw it when i was like 10, i've always liked it. but now that i'm older and a bit smarter, for some reason (i have no clue why) there's something that sticks out to me about the ending:

wouldn't the underwater explosion at the end kinda like tear the guy apart?
