I loved this movie since i was 13 years old. Was the first time i saw that stylish gunslinging. It didn't even bother me the bad guys missed shots while they OBVIOUSLY could easily hit.
I'm not sure if it has something to do with the uploader, but the version i watched on Youku has a seriously altered ending wich felt disappointing and anti-climax.

Mariachi pulls out two sleeve guns, shoots, Bucho dies and the camera fades away??
That's not how i remember the ending. This is:

Mariachi kills Bucho, but also a few henchmen. Then some goon walks over to Bucho's body and strikes a match accross his face to light his cig as Bucho did to him for years.

-ahem- I must politely disagree with you. Hell Ride was boring and stilted while 'Desperado' was stylish and sharp. It actually felt like the audience was watching a 'legend' in action..
while 'Hell Ride' felt like watching a bunch of hard-drinking, gunslinging meth-technicians stumble down the path to ruin. I even like that description better than the actual film..
..but to each his or her own..

I`ve watched this so many times when i first saw it,and fell in love with Banderas.Considering it`s a film that has a lot of dead bodies,i`m not sure what that says about me.There are some really funny moments in the film,
i`ve also watched the first one which did`nt have Banderas in it,but explains
what happen to his hand and the killing of his first love.
English version, anyone?
How about a copy with subtitles at least?
If anyone has a link, than please do reply.. I have been looking forever to find an english (or at least subtitled) copy of Desperado and El Mariachi for quite a while now with no success.
