Over the course of one evening, an unsuspecting group of twenty-somethings find themselves bombarded by a series of natural disasters and catastrophic events.
This movie is a total disaster. There was very little that I found funny. Can't think of anything good about this movie and that is why I am placing this on my stupid movies playlist.
Disaster Movie" is the 4th movie that has been made by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. Like "Date Movie", "Epic Movie", and "Meet the Spartans", this spoofs many blockbuster movies and pop culture figures of recent years. This time, the focus is on the "disaster" theme similar to "The Day After Tomorrow".
Come on people, it's called a spoof movie for a reason. It's not to be taken serious. I thought it was funny, not ROTF funny, but funny. If you don't want to watch goofy, quirky, sometimes, just ridiculous lines, then don't watch a spoof movie. I liked it.
Wow i cant actually believe some of you are commenting saying this was funny because it was the worst pile of garbage i've ever seen and if you think otherwise get some therapy because you need serious help !!
