This movie is a comedy classic of the 80's! Ferris Bueller(Matthew Broderick) is a teenager boy who thinks that ''life moves pretty fast. if you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.'' He is a master of skipping classes and very popular not only in his school, but in his city. His parents always believes in his excuses to not go to school, and his sister (Jennifer Grey)hates him more than everything for that.One day, he, his best friend Cameron Frye(Alan Ruck)and Bueller's girlfriend Sloane Peterson(Mia Sara)decides to miss a day in school to walk away in New York. This makes the school's director,Ed Rooney, stay mad, and he wants to prove that Ferris is lying for his parents no matter what. Very cool and with a nice message of enjoy your life while you can. this movie was made in chicago it one of my favorite city i loved it.

I watched this becuase I thought it would be a great comdey since it was rated 9.5 but I was wrong. I'm really surprised how it a 9.5. I'd give it hit a7.8%.
There a very few jokes, nothing much especia thoughl. I was really dissapointed by all those positive comments. Worth to watch if you are retarded and nothig else do do.
i watched this movie years ago and the novelty of this movie hasn't wore at all, a brilliant movie, who ever wrote this and produced this movie were geniuses, why aren't there more people with original ideas for movies like this. 10/10

This is quite a masterwork. One of the best movies I've seen. Full of witty humour unlike most of films nowadays. I never do that, but this one I'm sure I will watch again, pretty soon.
Oh and did I tell you, this movie has two of some of the hottest chicks ever- Jennifer Grey and Mia Sara. :)
