honestly, i have no clue what to say about this film. i seriously believe that was the director's intent. have people leave the theater wondering what they just saw. there were parts i liked. there were parts i did not like. i will say this, the director did bring his vision, whatever it was, to some sort of fruition.

what i got out of it was that is was a sophisticated love story. i think it was a commentary on all the cosmic forces that can go on just to bring two potential soul mates together.
like i said i just dont know, that's my stab at it. 2.5/5 p.s. i laughed at carlos before i saw it and im still laughing- arty farty mumbo jumbo-haha
i am going to be totally honest about this film actually no admin would not allow me all i can say is do not waste your time with this rip off director of this film try to create a film like brazil , blade runner or any other classic sci-fi by borrowing ideas from each film and failed miserably this film will leave a bitter taste in your mouth you will wish you never watched it or you can just not take my advice and decide for yourself
theres no point too this story, its a little confusing and has waay to many flaws. some of it is just plain stupid and doesnt make much sense. I think the movie was totally rubbish like a 3/10 or sumat
Different, confusing, bit slow and weird from the begining, then it all makes sense. Acting was really good, and the pictures of creepy dark Meanwhile City just amazing. I guess it's good to watch this bizarre kind of movies once for sometimes.
I'm going to watch it again after a week or two, maybe then I'll decide how many points give it to.

And why Emilia was seeing this visions- it seems to me like Rembrandt, Anatomy Lesson lookalike picture alive, or I just meesed up all ??
he wasn't really mental,or she couldn't have seen the other "futuristic" world for a few seconds there, if there wasn't something to it and the genitor from the hospital and the red head weren't only in their imagination, they were somehow part of a divine plan(don't get me wromng, i'm not religious) maybe or from the second world(the old man saw the genitor in the hospital, so he wasn't just in the imagination of emilia)
. Anyway to many unanswered questions, i think they could have made things a little more clear, but overall it was good, i give it 8/10, tho the first hour nothing seemed to make sense, i didn't quite know what i was watching.
I liked it. this is the kind of indie movie everyone usualy seems to dislike.
anyone who likes this may also like the fountain and the nines.

Just watched this for the first time and I must say that I love the atmosphere and Ryan Philipe was great..however, there were many things that were unclear about this movie..I know there is supposed to be something more than meets the eye..an underlying meaning to the series of events and how they played out but I am not getting any ideas on what that might be..perhaps someone who has figured this out could enlighten me..
All in all I give it a 4/5 .. I would have given it 5/5..definately a thinker! I guess my brain is just not up for the challenge right now..LOL
Just watched this for the 2nd time and there are so many things in it you don't see or get the first time around. Definately one of my favourite flicks ever!
a very unique movie that seems to make no sense at the start but then at the end it fits together and feels complete, if your gonna watch it stick through the confusing parts definatley worth a wach 4/5
At the start of this film I was sat thinking how on earth does all this fit together but in the last 30 or so minutes it all slots together and if you think back through what has happend in the film it all makes perfect sence. I really enjoyed this film. If you give a chance and watch untill the end I think you will enjoy it.
This movie is a must-see. The story is top notch and although it's a little confusing to begin with, it comes together brilliantly at the end.

The sci-fi Watchmen-esque scenes in it are stylish and very well done and they also act as a good way to punctuate each of the other characters scenes.
All in all, a great film and I guarantee you'll watch it again

I know that Ryan Phillippie's character was mentally ill and blamed his father and God for his sister's death. I don't know how the other two stories relate to David and his father. Overall, it was a H.A.M.
I have to say it is a bit strange. But overall I found it to be a pretty good movie. I like the settings and how the stories are tied together. It's a confusing in the begining so you have to give it a chance, worth watching. 7/10
