This just pips Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (aka Halloween 6) to the crown of worst Halloween film ever.
The lead character in this is soo annoying and irritating i was just wishing for her to get killed in a brutal horrible fashion. This has no scares or shocks , no decent kills and a super obnoxious annoying pea brain lead female.

every thing about it i hated it This was my 3rd time of trying to get to the end i just loose intrest half way in..The only thing i like was the gore thats it..oh and when the "Am i evil?" song comes up for 10 seconds..thats a siik song. why is it that EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER you acually want michael to kill them..? red necks..stripers to *beep*holes and whores..even laurey was kinda a *beep* and again i hate what rob did to michael.. surely rob would have known he pissed alot of people of with the first remake right? so what i think he should have done is made a direct remake to jhon carpenturs halloween 2 but with more kills and more gore now that i woulda loved to see since N.2 was my fav

Average film it was alot different from the first one and the original H2. The whole white horse thing was an ok idea but they could of came up with something better.It had some good kill scenes but it was sort of stupid how Michael

I did like how they were realistic and showed how michael survived and what he did when its not halloween.The movie was ok but could of been better.3/5
As an avid Halloween fan, I must admit I was a bit disappointed in this installment of the Halloween 2 remake.. Now I am being nit picky because I am a bit of a Michael Myers snob..
The way Michael was portrayed in this film was too human.. That is a big problem since the human part of him died long ago.. ( The reason why he can't be killed)
Rob Zombies first remake was fantastic, and this one was Just OK. There was a great attempt to bring Psychology into Michaels reasoning, but it just did not work for me..
If you took the mask of Michael and changed Sam Loomis's name in this move, it wold be a completely different film.. Those are the only two things making it a halloween movie.. The mask and the name of a few characthers..
Rob Zombie has ruined this franchise. That is saying quite a bit considering how popular this series is and use to be but Zombie took all that good will and a great story and legend and flushed it down the toilet.. The Halloween series to me was better than the Friday series or Nightmare series, now it's a second rate horror movie.. Rob Zombie is better with his own thing, if you like horror movies and just want to see some kills then go ahead and watch it. If you loved the original two then your prolly gonna hate this.. IMO the original Halloween II was way better then this (storywise and the original sequel had a lot of good kills).. 2.5/5..
i cant beleive people are slating this so badly. Its really good! huge body count, a brilliant ending + alternate ending, suspense and soundwork is brilliant, very eerie and good casting.

the music in the last half hour was some of the most tense music i ever heard not to mention emotional in places, i cant understand why the rating is so low. so what if rob zombie didnt break any conventions.. the film worked brilliantly.

I was so stoked to see this and was hoping it would be better than Zombie's remake of the original, but alas it was not. The only good part about this whole film was the last 25 min or so, the climax so to say was enjoyable to watch. Then the last 5 minutes were just absurd again. Too bad, Zombie made two great films and now these remakes are killing me man.
This movie was 100% crap. WTF is all I have to say WTF. what was rob zombie smoking when he made this? I do not recommend even watching this. Its not even a michael myers movie. WTF why is michael talking and why is he wearing a jacket and hood throughout the whole movie. BIG WASTE OF TIME !!
Well, Halloween trilogy is my favorite horror movies of all time. I love the old ones especially. I alos did enjoy the Newer version of the first one. Than this one came out. I was so excited and that I watched it. I don't even know where to start. What is this? This was NOT a good one AT all. I thought we were all let down by Rob Zombie. It was nothing like the original second one and it made no sense. Since when does Michael take a voyage ot Haddonfield and look like some creeper? He always had his mask on. Always. And,

Why does Laurie die? Does this tell us that there won't be another one, becasue Laurie is NOT supposed to die.
I may not agree with you on that but you have a right to your oppinion.If we all had the same tastes in films then there would be no point in commenting on films.
Pretty good ,i enjoyed it.This is not like the original,but thats the point if it was then you might as well watch the original.I love the Halloween series and enjoyed this new take on a great series. 7/10
I'm Sorry but I thought Rob did a nice job on the remakes no i didn't like the fact that the character of Dr. Lumas was a total jerk unlike the ones of old in were he never believe Michael Myers was dead and you could see the line of Myers mask i do think they should of covered that up better. But in all I really enjoyed the movie its not suppose to be like the ones of old it's a new era and a different take on Michael Myers.
The first time I watched this movie I was so let down like to many others, but then today I get to see this movie for the second time in the director's cut, I must say, I enjoyed it much better, because now I just see it for what it is, a real twisted dark slasher movie, most of the killings are great, I still have a problem with the ending, but rob zombie still rocks.
