Nah,this movie isn't by far as good compared with the mini series about the other 'Shark Man'.The name of that series,wich actually was a(long) TV movie,was Peter Benchley's 'Creature',of 1998.(yes,the same guy who wrote'Jaws')Now that was a cool one.
I just watched that one again,and i guess Hammerhead is a(wasted) ripp off from it.Better watch 'Creature', if you get the chance!
omg, 'Creature' is a movie I had forgotten all about. By far much better than this pile of garbage.
This is more of a C-Movie than a B-Movie. And I totally agree, this is an utter rip off of 'Creature'.. Infact this site really needs to get 'Creature'.. and I need to add it to my dvd collection lol.

i dont think its a 2005 movie but rather a 80s movie. still it was really not good. i an a big fan of monster/creature films, an i tell u this was a waste o time.
the title is different as one listed, its the more penny dreadful "sharkman",being a halfbred idea itself, harking back to a classic 50`s B movie "the alligator people" and the high tech "deep blue sea", its a good old B movie with mad scientist and a silly monster,,

the idea of the breeding could have been much nastier, but that is tastfully underplayed with little detail, and so diluiting a very disturbing theme of the poor unwilling victims fate, but where these women were coming from was never explored nor noboby noticing them missing
Didn't i see some series,not too long ago,that was also about a man turning into a shark?
That was cool and creepy to watch.I'm just curious if this is somewhat simular,so i am going to watch it fully.
Yeah, about a cancer research doctor A shark is implemented with human DNA early in the series by Military scientists around the VietNam era and you can saw the rest..
