I read the book before watching the movie. Big Mistake. The Book is amazing, but the movie totally ruined it. I wish I had watched the movie before I read the book. That way I could have enjoyed the movie instead of just being mad at it for all the things they left out.
I really enjoyed it, as I do with most movies featuring Cameron Diaz. I thought it was funny, interesting and unique with good acting. It definitely kept me interested, I wasn't bored at all during this one. 4/5
Loved this movie. This story moves a bit slowly at first, but be patient because each scene is important to the layers and the history of Maggie and Rose. It warms up and starts humming along and then, before you know it, you are sucked in and rooting for it to all work out for the sisters.
Afterall, in the end, good, bad, warts and all -family is family and they are all you have.
great movie! truly captures the spirit of family and true love.. i am a twin and i couldn't imagine my life without the love of my sister! i am blessed to have her which turns out to be the theme of the movie.. 10/10
I started watching it because of Cameron Diaz, then felt a little bored at first but then it started getting when the Grandmother (Shirley Maclaine) enters the story, it definitely a 'heartwarming' film, about family and all that, it can make you cry and laugh at the same time, definitely worth a watch
I really like this movie. The acting is wonderful and the story line is really good. I love the fact that its about two sisters that have a hate love relationship because I also have a similar relationship with my sister. Not the same problems they have in this movie but the love hate relationship and i think alot of people do with their siblings for a million differnt reasons. Its a great movie. Besides the movie though I have never had such a problem with todou.com buffering movies like i did with this one. I dont know what it is but the buffering is so slow. Just a heads up.
