i have to say the alien part is soo out there but makes this an awesome Indiana film! i so think they should make another one.. but as indiana is obviously older now, have his son be the main character.. speaking of his son i half expected him to say "Don't call me junior!" when Indi called him that at the end xD

The movie in general in regards to acting, cg, special affects was great! But, as far as the storyline of the movie horrible. They should have made a better story line out of this.

The whole alien thing was so far fetched it was ridiculous.
As far as the rating go I think it deserves higher rating than a 4 I would give it a solid 7. Overall deff worth a 1 time watch..
An enjoyable film on the whole. The close shaves are a bit intelligence insultingly close but no matter, wilful suspension of disbelief is required in any action movie. Decent CGI and a fine cast, although one criticism I would make is that the ending wasn't quite as eerie and interesting as I'd hoped when compared to the ending of Raiders Of The Lost Ark. But then that was a classic and, while a good movie, this is not. I do believe though that this compares favourably with the second and third instalments.
1st worldclass actors, 2nd world class production, 3rd worldclass CG, ok it doesn´t have a spetacular storyline, but is ok, dispite of that, it´s an INDY FILM.. commom how can yopu not like it?
I mean, really low ratings..like super low. I definitely hated Lucas's bastardization of his own masterpieces, but, jeeze, it was still a damn Indiana Jones movie.
This movie has been rated worse than Deathbed. Go ahead, watch Deathbed and decide whether this movie was worse. No really, I'll wait, it won't take that long for you to make up your mind. So, what did you think? Uh-huh..I KNOW, RIGHT? like, where did they get those actors?! Point being, this wasn't that awful of a movie, despite me or anyone else saying otherwise. It deserves at least a 7 out of 10 for getting Harrison F#$%ing Ford on the cast list.
i got one better, this movie was rated lower than the infamous,in a spiral state,lol..this movie is ok but difinately not in the league of the others not even in thel same ball park,and people were really looking forward to it,and lets face it,it was a big let down. but you are right,its still an indiana jones movie .2.5/5

i watched this movie just because it was on TV otherwise i wouldnt have watched it because i never saw the previous parts.
with that being said, i couldnt finish the movie i guess its not my type of flick
As we all love the previous Indiana J. movies, excpectiations were maybe to high for this one..
I realy think the plot was/is a joke..2bad..good acting though..
i really disagree with George Lucas' recent habit of trying to relive past glories while bringing something new to the series. do one, or the other...but not a half-assed job of both.
Harrison Ford is awesome. Indiana Jones is awesome. This plot is literally retarded though. Its not a horrible movie to watch.. but nothing like the original 3.. It's basically equivalent to what Lucas did with the new Star Wars movies.
I really enjoyed this movie it keeps in sync with the other indie movies , needless to say hes older but it didnt seem to make any difference. I know some people have questioned the direction of the way the plot of the movie was going.

But really I dont mind that Aliens were involved , I mean look at the other indie movies with the Ark and holy graill etc there just as far fetched
I'd give this 4/5 stars just because I grew up with indie films and like them alot brings back fond memories in childhood. deffo worth a watch at least!
another chapter in the indiana jones saga.. pretty good . not nearly as good as the others and the villains were flawed at best. still very worth watching especially if you have followed the series. Harrison Ford is in great shape for a man that age! he looks great!!
I loved the Indiana Jones series, and it's so hard to believe that they messed this film up. I went to the movies for this one.. and Ford was fantastic. Even in his old age he really kept the character Indiana. Too bad that the writing was terrible. It was so typical of a modern film that wants to wrap up an ending. In the old Indiana films he used to always get himself out of horrible situations with clever ways. Unfortunately, there's only one "Get out of Jail Free" card in this film which is over used. The story was so horrible that you couldn't help but sit there and say to yourself.. "Please.. please, noo noo.. tell me they arn't going this direction in the film. Please, God, NOO!" Sadly it still happened.. they should of restrained George Lucas from being involved in this film!
better than i expected. Harrison Ford is always kick ass though so i should've had higher expectations. alls i can say is that i cant wait for the next one
This was a really good film. i havent seen any of the other Indiana Jones films, and i watched this at school for some reason. I never thought i'd like this sort of film, but it turned out to be great. At first i thought alot of it was quite predictable but the ending was so out there, i didnt expect there to be

a spaceship flying off
. and even though this was strange, it worked.
So overall it was a great film and if you dont think you will like it, watch it anyway because i bet that you will!!
