he stared, co-produced, directed, and co-wrote this movie. good adaption of the books. One of the best series based on books I've ever seen. The man is unbelievably talented. One of my favorite stone books.

Tom Selleck is in his perfect acting age. The younger years were so-so, but this tv movie shows he's on the spot. His mannerisms, slow and deliberate seem to fit this style of acting.
The movie was good, solid, and entertaining. It was very predictable, but sometimes we find comfort in that, too..
Yeah! That was good. Keeps u glued, but not because of the suspense, action or even the mystery, Selleck is just so much fun to watch when he is in character. Prob a lifetime movie or pilot(notice the CBS eye). I would watch if a series, kinda reminds me of Picket Fences, small town, small force. 8/10
Hoping this would show up, love Tom Selleck and this Jessie Stone series. Watched this when it came on TV recently but don't you know I fell asleep during the last half hour, could have kicked myself (I should never go back to the bedroom even if I'm freezing, I always pass out and miss the endings). Tom needs a prime time TV series again, miss this guy.
a most definate 4/5 for a tv detective show kind of thing, i realy liked this kind of reality story were it dosnt allways work out for the best, but shows how life can be a place were solutians are found but arnt allways what we would hope for or expect, and i have more respect for tom selleck as an actor, before all i knew of him was the hawai storys, and a few cop shows, this was by far some of the best story telling and filming i have seen in this genera.
I love Tom Selleck my favorite movie of his is Quicly Down under.
This one aint bad 9+
