i honestly think this is a fantastic movie, great story and acting. at the same time i have to say i also think it is the single most depressing movie i've ever seen! i give it 10/10
best epic movie ever made!! also my all time favorite movie. you cant say anything bad about it; good story, great cast, brilliant director edward zwick. i'v watched it maybe 15 times since it came out, and i still dont get tired of it. the movie has everything.. love, conflict, war, family, drama, action, western. CLASSIC!! 100/100
this is my favorite movie of all time. I think this is the reason why brad was first hailed as the sexiest man alive by people magazine. When i first saw this movie i cried especially.. just watch it and make sure you have a tissue paper beside you.. very sad but truly a great movie. Location is beautiful too, i think its was shoot in Canada.. Anthony Hopkins is brilliant and Brad Pitt is also stunning!! Watch it..I really recommend it.. 20/10 lolz
10/10. Although not the fastest paced movie ever, this movie fails to disappoint. Some of the movie seems a bit excessive and long winded at the time, but surprises and random occurances lurk around every bend and twist of the plot. This movie will give you goosebumps, make you anxious, happy, unbelievably sad, and at times you will feel triumphant. It is an iconic turn of the 20th century masterpiece rollercoaster ride. If you like epic movies, see this one.
Could this be any sadder?? Me and my mom watch this and just fall apart. I saw this for the first time when I was about 7 and even then I'd cry. (mostly cuz my mom was crying) :] I honestly would like it more if it didn't leave me so depressed! 4/5
