The best independent film I've seen in a while. Top notch dark humour..proof that brutality and humour work well together in a film. Violent, amusing and intriguing story with a fantastic script; I loved how the main character chattered randomly, yet always seemed to make an interesting point.
Enjoyed it very much..4.5/5 rating.
Thanks for putting this up! I haven't seen this since way back when, and remember that my friends and I couldn't quite decide wether it was real or faked! A brilliant, disturbing piece of Cinema at its finest. 10/10 goes to this obscure diamond. Now if anybody out there can link up 'Santre Sagre', we'll be cooking with gas..
I watched this film for the first time today. I really enjoyed it. It's so funny and the way it was filmed was awesome. Unfortunately my grandmother came into the same room at the wrong moment and thought I was watching some weird porn.. but it was a fantastic film.
This is a brilliant work of comedic genius that will surely be appreciated by those who love true cinema. A documentary style film, that is as adept in its subtleties of humor as it is in its intensities. Though not for the weak at heart, many will find it both brutal and hilarious, which is a difficult combination to deliver successfully.
For those who complain about it having subtitles and being in black and white, I'd suggest you stick to watching Steven Segal and Pauly Shore films and stay away from anything foreign. I hear the new Iron Man "flick" has almost 7 explosions!
That should go well with some Doritos and a six pack of Schlitz..
i think i must be sick in the head cos i found this movie rather funny. but i know somebody who caught this movie late at night on tele and watched it thinking it was a real documentry and i think she is scarred for life lol. 8/10
Very disturbing. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth as it rightfully should. Sick, twisted, disturbing, and utterly brilliant. You should walk away from this move horrified but in a good way. Horrible but genius terrifying but comical. Watch this movie if you're not feint of heart or easily offended. It's worth the watch 10/10
i cant believe id never heard of this before, i was enthralled all the way through, the action was realistic, the acting was good - except from one or two dodgy parts from the guy playing remy but overall this movie was a breath of fresh air and definitely one for the dvd collection!! And for those who slate movies with subtitles - get a grip!! Hollywood makes maybe one good movie a year, go and watch some foreign movies and you will learn that some of the best movies ever made have come from far away from america!!
i took a chance on this film and was blown away. definately one for the dvd collection. although black and white and in french subtitles i found it an amazing in depth character study of a seriously unhinged mind. how many people does he blow away? more than stephen seagal and javier bardem anyway. he seems like a young deniro taking on a new taxi driver. and it has moments that are funny as hell as well. 10/10
Really Good movie takes you places with real feelings and raw imagery, alot of the places nobody wants to go. I suppose it ends the way it is supposed to. 4/5
I took a chance and watched this flick, and I have to say I'm glad I did.
I like these kind of 'documentaries' same sort of level as 'Fubar'
and how the film crew is actualy part of the film.

very funny intelligent dark film. the main caracters burst's of awfull poetry are brilliant and he looks like a young robert de nero which i think works in his favour. 5/5
