A man (Sandler) who lost his family in the September 11 attack on New York City runs into his old college roommate (Cheadle). Rekindling the friendship is the one thing that appears able to help the man recover from his grief.
Adam sandler combined with Don cheadle is a fantastic combination..this movie is good i will admit it gets dull and boring in places but overall a very good movie Don and Adam have a nice Bromance together lol
but this movie shows the effects that cowardly terrorist attacks had on real people!
This has to be the Adam Sandler's best performance. As the movies goes, this movie is damned good . The plot was excellent. This movie is about friendship, loosing someone close, and PTSD. I will watch this movie agian, thats for sure. 10/10
wow amazing film 5/5 i remember when this film came out i kept watching the trailors and really wanted to watch it and after all this time i randomly came across it and it was fantastic i had to watch it on youtube tho 5/5 10/10
why didn't i hear about this movie earlier, very very well done, sandler at his finest.. had some very funny parts and some very sad parts, when he opens up about his family, I almost cried. Overall, excellent movie

everybody should watch this movie.
Simply an outstanding film with an excellent script and wonderful cast that includes Adam Sandler, Don Cheadle, Liz Tyler and Jada Pinkett-Smith. That Pearl Jam rendition of the The Who's "Reign O'er Me" song made the movie that much better also.
Very nice movie, Sandler plays a good role in this movie and he plays it very well. Johnson is a good friend.The link doesn't work.. Just use "search" reign over me, and then you got the whole movie.
This was a great movie I have wanted to watch this for a very long time but never got around to it now that i did it was one of the best movies i have seen! its a must see for everyone! 10/10
I should have known that it would be! Sandler and Cheatle always do good work! I should have known that together they would do nothing less! GREAT MOVIE!!
The song is so kickass. The acting in this is superb. I've never seen a better Sandler movie (where's he just not trying to be funny all the time). One of the all time best.
wasn't meant to be funny. sandler delievered a fine role. I loved when he had to run the Tonight Show while promoting his movie with Cheadle as a guest lol
this movie is so great. its one of the greatest movies i've ever seen. truly one of Sandlers best movies ever done. this truly shows how much damage those people did to our country and the effects that 9/11 did to people. if you haven't seen this..you must watch it. its truly an emotional movie..you won't regret watching it.

i like movies that slowly suck you in to feel pity and you forget that there just actors..Its good to see Sandler trying new boundries..and cheadle's a great actor..!!8/10
Very serious subject and good dramatic turn for Sandler. Cheadle excellent as always. The screenplay was ok, was not as powerful as it could have been. 7.5/10
very good story. its great to see another side of adam sandler. i like this movie a lot. amazing performances by both sandler and cheadle. though this is an emotional and sad movie, there are little bits of comedy that catch you offguard, and thats awesome! A must see flick. 4/5
wow i cant believe how great this movie was..it was veryy funny but dont think its a comedy bc its not..this was sad and made you cry but adam sandler and don cheadle did an amazing job..you gotta check this out
