A drama focused on the friendship between a high-functioning autistic woman (Weaver) and a man (Rickman) who is traumatized after a fatal car accident.
What an interesting story line for a movie, very different. The actors did a wonderful job. Sigourney Weaver was outstanding, should get an Oscar for that performance! A lot of very touching moments in the film.
That has to be one of the most touching films I´ve seen in ages. I think I´ll watch this one over and over again. It was sad and funny at the same time. It really was ´dazlious´.
This film is superb! Alan Rickman is great as always and Sigourney Weaver's performance is fantastic. The story is both heart breaking and heart warming. I can't praise this enough. This was on limited release in the UK too, so I had to go to a posh arty place in Windsor to see it. Glad I did though!! :o)
Yeah, I finally managed to find a half-decent copy online about 3 months ago.

I loved the previews for this movie, and I think it should have been released nation-wide, but there were issues with copyrights I think.
Anyhow, great movie! As many stars as can be given!!
This is a nice movie, nothing spectacular but beautifully acted and worth a watch. It will also give you a few laughs. I liked one of the quotes in it - "the past is memory, the future is fantasy but the present is living"
I live in Birmingham, Alabama and when a film is in "Limited" release it doesn't play here. So I am very glad to see this one. I fell in love with the previews and became quickly dishearted when none of the theaters here played it. I'm glad you downloaded it. I hope you wil download another limited release film entitled "Grace is gone" with John Cusack. It looks wonderfull. Once again thank you for "Snow Cake"
