The new 3 are much much better than the origional 70's cr*p, too much in the old stuff about spaceships nd dumb looking aliens, all i want is lightsaber carnage.!
As a person who like the Star Wars films I say they did goos with the first ones. The second ones they lost it a little bit. In the first one OB one says to luke I never own any bots. Now they do the The Phantom Menace and who are there R2D2 and CP30. In the thick of things in all three films. OB one even if he lives in a cave for a time can not forget these two bots. Remember R2D2 saves the ship in the first one and CP30 is made by Andie. Story line does fall apart a little. But they are great films

I really want to see them, but just a bit confused about the orderto watch them in as well, i saw them when i was younger but want to see the again.

Taken me a while to actually bring myself to watch the new star wars movies but don't know why I waited so long, Phantom Menace is outstanding!! Darth Maul is freckn cool too.
What I love about Star Wars is that you can watch it many many times and still never get tired of it. I especially like this one because to me Darth Maul is the best sith ever.
I grew up on the original movies, so when this came out years ago, I honestly didn't think I would like them. The battle scenes are great and the characters are wonderful. Liam Neeson and Laurence John Fishburne II are very good and I was glad to see two of my favorites in this.
Loved it! I have to say that Padme/ Queen Amidala is by far my FAVE character!! she is MUCH less pathetic that princess Leia was. For some reason she really annoyed me, that's one of the reasons that i prefer these three to the other three. I mean no offense o any hardcore Star Wars fans or anything, that's just my opinion.
love this movie, i mutch prefer episodes 1-3 rather than 4-6. not atall because of the specal effects(atho lets face it 4-6 are realy shodyy, but what do you expect for that age lol) but realy just think they are more entertaning.
My favorite star wars "episode"/film! watched it soo many times.. When I was 12 this one was amazing. its still great! modern animation without the annoying hayden christensen..best mix of old and new star wars I think
I didn't like this movie very much when it first came out, most likely because I was too young and I wasn't a huge fan of Star Wars back then.
However, after watching it today, it seemed very good. JarJar Binks is extremely annoying, it was a gargantuan mistake to put him in all the prequels.
My favourite part of this movie was when Jabba the Hutt was sleeping after the race was over. Ha, ha, ha!
