Best of the three, in my opinion. This is in my top 10 films of all time.
Beautiful storyline, it was this particular installment that showed how deep and complex a character Vader really is.
An ending which has stayed with me ever since my very first viewing - at the age of 10 or so.

i gave this a 5 star cause it happens to be the best of all the Starwars movies I love Starwars well actually i love the jedis and Dark side hehe...It might have low ratings cause of the players i don't know
it could have been rated poorly not for the movie it self but someone may have had trouble loading the movie, there have been a few movies i couldnt load, but i would never rate it a 1 star
Been having a marathon on star wars these last 2 days coz Im down with the flu. The rating is unusual for such a classic though, but I guess with this website having such a large audience prehaps only 29% of the viewers acually like star wars lol, find that hard to belive. Maybe these are just good to the older generation, prolly not enough blood, sex and drugs for kids these days
I wrote the same thing for the 3rd one, but WHY IS THE RATING SO F'IN LOW. It's impossible that all star wars movies have so low rating, they are classics. Maybe some stupid no life duch that love star treck came here, did 200 accounts and rate all the movies 1 star 200 times. It's unbelievable.
I mean the plot is good the setting the affects but this is the only one were good story line is. The first one was kinda of a embarrassment to the next two when princess layas home world got destroyed no emotion little better with some things and it could have gone even further if possible this one 4.5/5 lack of emotion = .5
I'm not really a super mega fan of star wars but i really love the movies. I love the ending where the added the new anakin in..love it!! i wish there was more of the ending, i was getting pumped with everyone celebrating and stuff, maybe like 2 o 4 more minutes of that would've been awesome!!
This is by far the best movie out of the entire Star Wars saga, at least out of the older ones. The Ewoks are absolutely adorable, I loved them when I was a child, and I still do!

I love the original three. The cast is amazing.. it's really sad that George Lucas had to sell himself out this year with that abhorrent "new" indiana jones.
