i can't get enough of this movie..romance, comedy, and catching lightning bolts..it's a really great movie for all ages and has a good lesson for young people in love..most comments say they didn't expect this movie to be so great and i didn't either but i've watched this movie over and over again..it's one of my PICK-ME-UPPERS..give this a try and i promise you won't be disappointed, especially fantasy lovers like me

I absolutely loved the movie. great acting. the plot was something similar to ever fairy tale story, but really diffrent. It's hard to explain. I really can't stop watching this movie. first time seeing it was on HBO. I watched it with my mom & sister's. they loved it. great movie 8/10
Better than I thought it would be and definitely better than Narnia. The only really bad thing is Deniro.. Why Deniro?!?!?!?!?!?! WHYY!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!?!
A very interesting movie~ I really liked it. The acting was great. The plot was original. There were definitely many twists that I didn't expect. Even the romance kept me guessing. I was always wondering who Tristan would end up with. There was one thing I didn't like about it though.

Tristan's dad's one night stand. That was just unreasonable and shallow. Really made me dislike him. Felt like that happened just so they could progress the story.
But really, the characters are hilarious and whether they're good or bad? Your guess is as good as mine. Watch it~ This movie seems to be really underrated.
Whew, the real falling star is Deniro.
This fanciful film analogous to the Zeigfeld follies of the roaring twenties, except now a seething twenty first century version portending to illuminate our depressed youth from the mist of our countries depression by way of an alternate reality. I have no objection until the gay captain pretends.
Pllease keep our youth away from this hollywood sh.t
Just watched this with my brother, to tell you the truth didnt think i would enjoy it at all. But i actually liked it and he loves it. So he said that we should give 5/5.
A wonderful and entertaining film. Very good acting from an amazing cast: Charlie Cox, Sienna Miller, Peter O'Toole, Michelle Pfeiffer, Claire Dane, Robert De Niro and Ian McKellen. A very fine movie.
I'm not into romantic movies but this was very good and the cast two thumbs up why did'nt i see this movie sooner ,kept on passing up big mistake on my part .better start going with my instinct instead of passing it up.
