I rate 5/5 stars..if I could rate it higher, I honestlywould--recommended for all! Thanks to comments by others, I see there are sequels to this movie, so I plan on going to check those out next-this is really a must-see flick.
i wouldnt agree that there are sequals really,
this is a very good movie that years later spawned a spin off series and the newer movies are based on that series. somewhere along the line it became a whole other thing (probably just because of diferant people playing it and diferant writers taking it in new directions. the new movies are good but they comletly made for tv specials so dont expect anything as good as this origial (i avoided the series like the plague for ages because i didnt think they should mess with this film but i must admit that i got into it and its a really good program. well anyway im rambling lol..great film..pretty good program spin of..watchable movie lengh specials,
The Chairs Where Rumbling When The Past The Gate :D
i rememberd this when it came out in the cinema, great effects, when they past thru the gate everyting was rumbeling and chaking with the cinema's new soundsystem.. that was cool!! and it still stays that way
Its awesome. Interesting Plot A, Acting A, Action Sequence A overall A :). Well you must watch it and i guarantee you that you will find it awesome because it is truly awesome. 5/5
This appears to be a video stored on a Japanese server. Their subtitles are written over the subtitles in English when the foreigners are speaking in the ancient language. Kind of hard to understand since you barely get a chance to read it. Otherwise, it was awesome! The perfect beginning to a long running successful show! If you view it around noon US Pacific time, it streams much faster. When you view it later in the day, it slows down so badly that you can't really watch it.
I do love this film and the series are good as well, but the series have lost some of the movies luster I think, and why don't they have a sarcophagus in the series? Think of all the healing they could do!
absolutly fanatic gotta see this every thing good, quality & everything exept doesnt have subtittles for when evil ra speaks if you watched it befor though u rember what he says lol

i love this movie i dont usualy like watching movies more then once or twice but this i can good acting great plot n storyline sci fi at its best def watch this if u love sci fi good tie ins with history backstory etc the shows r great too :)
