Its'a story about Terry Noonan played by Sean Penn who's an undercover cop trying to inflitrate an Irish gang called the Westies.He comes back to his old neighborhood after 10yrs to find his best friend and brother are powerful figures in the gang.He thought it would be easy to take down the gang and keep his best friend out of it but soon realizes how wrapped up in it he becomes himself.Outstanding performances by Sean Penn,Gary Oldman,Ed Harris,J C Reilly and John Turturro.This is an absolute must watch.Check out Alluc.org for full movie.
