movies like this make me think about my kids, unfortually their are people like this in the world, the girl that was kidnapped in this movie was quite smart. good movie for a one time watch,,
i love watching these films when it ends good and then i fill up with tears and feel happy that another survives these evil people.

these true kidnap stories make me angry,i would like to give those men some of my own special treatment,if you know what i mean,im glad she got away,many dont.
Dawson fron "Dawson"s Creek" plays the kidnapper in this made from true story, which plays like a Lifetime movie. The storyline wasn't bad, but the acting is and the excitement and action is totally lacking.
There was something wrong with this movie. I couldn't put my finger on it. It was shallow, pointless, effeminate, Canadian, actors in their 30s playing teenagers, and had a lot of consumerism. Then I looked it up and realized it was a Lifetime movie. Bingo

I think the descriptor here is a bit off..she did not manage to do anyhting..she engineeded little..and hell? wow..it could of been much much worse..hats off to here for being so bright..glad she was ok ..still was a slow flick
I don't care if it was a made for TV movie or not..it was a great movie. True based story line alsways keeps me rivited. The acting was amasing and it kept me glues to the screen. 9/10
The story of another spoiled girl that loses her innocense to a psycho. U notice daddy's giving her money, gets accepted to big college, daddy will support her through college, but she is so strong in the face of disaster.............hahahahahaha. "MY HERO" Nothing new, same old same old. just another lifetime t.v. type flick. 5/10
This was a true story, This really happened to this girl.
The story was not made up. So, you might want to think about what she went threw in real life.
Yes, this seems to be a made-for-tv movie, that does not lessen the urgency and tension between the two main characters. In fact, it might have made it more effective as the writer and director had to utilize non0rated methods of advancing the story line. Anne Slutti is a very strong woman and I wish her well. LeVar Burton is just as hansome and highly skilled actor that he has been since "Roots". This is on my Biography and True Crime Playlist.

The only bad thing I have to say has nothing to do with the movie itself
but people in general..
In the future If you see someone getting kidnapped and they yell HELP!! that is what it means not stand there and watch
the whole thing could have been avoided if those people would have done something other than stand there with there mouths wide open.. 4*'s
wow,holy .. batman,this took me by surprise,yes its a made for television yes its a good movie and yes its predictable but in being a true story and the way it ended actually brought tears to my eyes and made me feel really weird inside,that's why i said what i said at the beginning of my comment,so if this movie brings out any emotions for you as it did to me then let you watch the movie because yes I'm human,
