Greatest movie ever! Hollywood can never compete to this Irish movie. This is the true hart and passion of people coming together who want to become just as big as U2 or Sinead O'Connor. This is so pure and the innocence that you have, when you're young and want to make it as a band. Chapeau for Alan Parker! Nothing beats this rare kind of a quality movie. It's just sublime.
When I started playing guitar early '90 my teacher recommended me to see this movie. He died one year later of cancer. The greatest man with a good sense of humor. Thank god I listened to his advice, I would have never wanted to mis this movie. I could relate with a lot of things in this movie..it's so true..my band was kind of the same..THIS MOVIE IS FOR PEOPLE WITH THE GREATEST SENSE OF HUMOR AND WHO LOVE MUSIC. PEOPLE WITH SOUL.
