i cant belive this shizzel..i just finished the book and the book is a 100% better then this..everything from the actors to their acting i give a -10..if they can make king kong 3 hours..why cant they make the Da Vinci code 3 hours and get everything in the movie that was in the book..omg this is just soo dissapointing..!!im not even gona finish watching..
What a fabulous movie, I can't believe I missed this amazing movie this long. The movie is underrated, the movie deserves higher rating. A must see masterpiece. I will give 10/10.
This movie was fantastic! I'm so glad I got to watch it before I watched Angels and Demons. I highly recommend this movie to those who like to enjoy these types of movies. Une telle joie pour regarder!
Tom Hanks, as always, delivers quite an amazing show of his extraordinary talent. Le grand travail et l'exécution merveilleuse, Monsieur Hanks!

I haven’t read the books so I can’t compare them...
I just watched this movie for the very first and it was ok, but Angles and Demons is a much better movie in my opinion.
But I love the fact that the French actually speaks French and not English as in almost all other Hollywood movies. Plus Ian McKellen did a brilliant job - as always!
i just loved this movie. i feel like if now that i would read the book it would really dissapiont me. I would so give it a 10/10 the acting was just fab i could not think of 1 actor that could have played thi srole better than thay did!!
WATCH THIS MOVIE
I first saw this film in the cinema and i really enjoyed it and loved it this second time. It really keeps you on your toes not even the slightest bit boring! People seem to forget that it is JUST entertainment the directors and producers are not attempting to take down the Christian faith with one single film. Of course it is all lies it is a fictional film based on a fictional book. You need to just sit back and enjoy it rather than pick at every single incorrect detail. I think it is an excellent story, lighten up people :)
I loved this movie, the plot was very well made and awesomee! Please don't rate it down just because it might make you feel bad about your Christian faith, in the end, it's just a movie.
the book was horribly false,this movie just adds to the lies in visual form.first off his name is Leonardo da vinci.Translated Leonardo from Vinci,kinda like Jesus of Nazareth.His name is leonardo.why in the world would ron name this movie "from vinci code".boo.2nd that monk that was supposedly part of a secret organization known as opus dei whatever is complete bull for 2 reasons,1 that organization was established in "1928 by st josemaria" with the purpose of helping lay people find holiness,through work and their everyday activities.2 they didnt have MONKS!!lmao i cut the supposed factual movie off after seeing that!overall its a good made up STORY but not even.
The monk was part of a secret organization within Opes Dei. And this is just a STORY its not meant to be real its just meant to entertain. So stop trying to pick holes in this as i expect you do with all films you watch, and just enjoy it for what it is.
