i have admit this version of fog was better i am against all re-makes unless they bring something new and different from the original in this case it was the effects and more suspense and acting was better in this version to i recommend this to all who loves decent horror movie
I thought the movie was gonna be horriable but it wasnt that bad. I loved the story line to it and yeah they coulda done more to it but over all it was very nice. But i can say this for all. I think we all knew what was gonna happen to Elizabeth.
I watched both movies. Rented from for the local DVD store, and I have to say I enjoyed both of them. Granted, the updated one could have been slightly better, but give both of them a go. They're both good and entertaining.
if this is the movie with selma blair *i dont really remember* but i think she did an awesome job, and i think it is about time there was a movie selma was GOOD in.
a very spooky horror-movie which is actually a remake of john carpenter's the fog. i think that this version is better than the old, because there are much better special-effects and more convincing actors. a must watch movie for creepy dark nights under your blanket.. watch out, they are seeking bloody revenge.. nothing for weak nerves! 3/5
I have the original of this on beta..yes I said beta..along with a few others..but why remake this..the original was okay..did they hope to make this movie better?..well they didn't ..don't waste your time on this garbage..0/5..

Why are you doing this?
Regarding the Fog, may I say that in my opinion this film was and is very worthwhile as it provides us with more detail into the story line of the Fog.
While I except that the origional is a clasic with John Carpenter as the director,this film is in my opinion much better due to the script and the production in both post and pre production methods
