The one of the true classics, a cult favorite movie and deserve to be placed among the best gangster and mafia movies of all time. Al Pacino, is one of the finest actor and the level of intensity that he have shown in this movie is a lesson for all the actors. Robert De Niro acting was breathless and truly represented his qualities as an emerging actor at that time. A must watch movie before you die. 5/5
Better than a sleeping pill! LOL Fell asleep so many times during this one.. I am watching the trilogy now.. Liked Godfather 1.. but Godfather 2.. what a snoozer.. hope Godfather 3 is better.
oh men, my nose is bleeding trying to understand what's happening while they talk italian.. is there any english subtitle? but it's a good story. 4/5 for this one maybe it would be better than the first one if it had an english subtitle for the italian talking part..
first time watching them after watching the whole 6 season's of the sopranos
i like this trilogy as these are the descendants of Tony Soprano and Paulie and Silv n Christopher not so long back,,it is really slow but in a Sunday afternoon good sort of way,,you feel there pain and love,,very well made

I watched the first movie and I could not resist to watch the second. So I dropped all I was doing and watched this also, in the same day. I think my passion for this movie is growing. A similar movie for Bollywood Movie fans is "Sarkar" and "Sarkar Raj".
al is really good n all, but i just wasn't feeling these movies. they were pretty boring to me. they spoke to much italian so there goes half the freaggin movie..ima scarface man. godfather kinda sux. my opinion of coarse.
A fantastic follow up to the original.I loved how it told 2 stories one of Don Corleon growing up and Michael taking power.One of the best sagas ever produced.
