this film started just a little slow for me but it set the tone for it. makes you think how it used to be back in those days "even though racism still goes on today but on a smaller scale" but i think we have came a long way! really good movie a must see for all 4/5
after watching this movie i wished my school had a debate team lol inspiring, heart filled, and very real i liked it Denzel played his part remarkably i give this masterpiece a 5 out of 5

Outstanding film! I liked it very much. Very inspiring, well acted, well told story. I think a must see for all. Informative and interesting movie. My attention was never drawn away from watching this. I have never rated a film to date and I have no doubt that if I were to, this would easy recieve a 10/10. That good.
I always watch all of Denzel's movies and I gotta say this was a different one for him. He always brings a powerful presence to all of the characters he plays and definitely does in this movie too. In fact, I've got to say the other 3 main actors did extremely well too! I did like the movie, and have always been especially passionate about anti rascism for african americans or "negroes". I think this movie brings a powerful voice and message to the world, which still has not learnt to love thy neighbour as himself..I would recommend the movie and it looks like Oprah's Harpo Films produced it..
