he has lost his touch. Ill explain the ending since alot of people have it confuse.

Gale knew Betsey is a respectable jouralist and will keep our sources secrets and what not to the grave. At the beginning with the whole kiddie porn thing is an example of how. Those perverts are the bottom scums of society and yet she protected her sources. This shows how far she is willing to go. Gale knew if she can do that for a possible child molestor than she can do it for him. An "innocent man". so at the end it says on the tape "off record". Meaning its a secret between him and her and shall not be release. Which she wont. I should take that old man's place in the movie business. he has lost it.
This shows very well how activists can be ruled with their heart over their head.
I extremely enjoyed this movie. Good script, acting and it kept me guessing.
This movie has a "Political Base" structure more so than the criminal touch it touches apon. The true obsession in this movie is pure and simply Political.
Although a crime was set out to be saught and was achieved.

IT WORKED, AT THE ENDING WHERE THEY RE-PROP THE OLD MURDER SCENE TO UPLIFT WHAT NEEDED TO BE SEEN, IN THE HOUSE WHERE THE MURDER HAD TAKEN PLACE, YES A RESIDENT HAS TAKEN RESIDENCE THERE, QUITE A CHARACTER YOU'LL SEE, AFTER ONLY TO REALIZE THAT SHE COMMITED SUICIDE, OR NOW DID SHE?
I NEVER WOULD HAVE BELIEVED HE WAS INVOLVED.. ANOUTHER TWISTY TURN OF EVENTS. THAT THROUGH ME FOR A HUGE SHOCKER, I WOULD HAVE NEVER EXPECTED. NOW THE COW BOY ON THE OTHER HAND I'LL LEAVE HIM UP TO YOU!
A complete PRO"S and CON"S type of movie about capital punishment.
well i sat down to watch this and ten minutes into it i realised i had already seen this..but i watched it again anyway ..its very good kevin spacey and kate winslet are in fantastic form .. and this movie brings up alot of questions about the death penalty
I too can't believe this was one i never heard of. I loved this movie, and it keeps you interested from start to finish with a great twist at the end! 5/5 and going on my playlist!
OMG how this never went mainstream, it has to be one of the if not the best film I have ever seen. Please don't take my word for it, watch it, you will be so glad that you did. 10/10
Great movie! The story is interesting with a couple of twists.A well directed movie with a strong cast who acted very well,apart from a not very convincing Kate Winslet. 8/10.
It is an addictive type of film… It keeps you on the edge of your seat scratching your head trying to guess the end. But unless you watch it you will not know… This is an awesome movie could definitely watch again.
This is a terrific movie! I would recommend watching it, if you haven't seen it! It's definitely worth the time! It has a great love scene in it too! 5/5 from me!
