I've seen this movie about three time. To see matters taken in your own hands to this degree appeals to the animal side of man nature -- something I would never do myself but here in this forum of entertainment secretly enjoy. Not to say I endorse such behavior in any degree but to see justice carried out to this degree is gravitating. The fight sequence in the apartment with the russian -- wow. Not a bad flix here, three and half stars.
this punisher is better than the first with dolph lundgren and u get to see the punisher logo in this, it explains his origin more and it's action packed 5/5 stars stan lee is marvel
this one is much better than the original punisher. the acting is good and the epic is more realistic. only one stupid character (the mental guy) spoil the the story. 8/10
Awesome, I totally recommend it.. My brother couldn't believe I had never seen this and made me watch it.. I loved it!! I never really care for action movies but "The Punisher" is much more than just an action movie.. great storyline that really grips you, as well as some quality acting. 5/5*
I haven't see the old one (version1 here), but I thought the 2004 one was a good action movie. The story unfolds in a classic revenge style and is chock-full of exciting moments, explosions, stunts etc. with a light sprinkle of humor--dark humor even.
Thomas Jane, who held the limelight in The Mist is simply under-rated, under-appreciated and under-utilized. He should be in more movies.
