One of, if not the greatest movie ever made, one of those movies that makes you feel happy yet sad. After its finished it makes you feel as if you've lost something. Simply amazing 20/10.
it was def a good movie but..i thought it was a little phony how morgan freemans character was instantly drawn to tim robbins character but..then i have to remind myself its a movie so that says a lot
classic! awesome movie, great plot with great actors, morgan freeman & tim robbins did a good job hea. One of the best films or all time for sure. Gotta b 10/10
This film used to be the top rated film of all time on this website and now its rated 7.2?! There isnt one bad comment about this film that i can see, almost everyone says 10/10, 5/5. It was the same with Saving Private Ryan, it was 2nd now its something like 8.6.
Im gona take a guess here but i bet Forest Gump, thats rated no.1 atm, will drop alot in rating soon.

That's right Stephen King's fusion of Count of Monte Cristo and modern day life prison life. Overall this movies has changed my life forever. Brillant acting and actors, 11/10 !

I have no idea how this only has an overall rating of 7/10, and quite frankly, it burns me. Especially as I look through the showing comments and they all state that this is the best movie ever made. I will admit it's not my favorite, but seriously, AMAZING movie. Amazing acting, amazing story. The work of an amazing writer for certain. An instant classic, and a required watch for any person that considers themself a movie buff.
