After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. I suggest to anyone to read the books b4 watching these films, as the books have a lot more story & detail in them & they make the films worth watching..enjoy :o)
Ah, now here is a good movie. It's not something I would care to watch again but I definitely enjoyed it. It was a lot better than the first one, that's for sure..this made me want to read the other 2 books, I hate waiting for the movies to come out cuz i wanna know what happens next

No waiting what so ever to see how unbelievably stupid this whole thing becomes! I can't wait to be outsided of hot topic when they try like hell to give away "Twilight" t-shirts to anyone that walks by!
this is a mini drama for tweens. Can't see hoew they watch this crap, but oh well. I think bell, is a two faced "exploit deleted" That's just how she comes across. and why can't she lok anyone in the eye, is she that big of a lying "explot deleted" to look any one in the face? and why am I talking like this person is real and this movie really holds some sort of real weight? god! This movie/series is just plain horriable!
OMG!! I laughed so hard at this part .. make a love story between a zombie, a human, and a ninja turtle. That is the funniest $h*t ever!! But I liked new moon. I still think the books are waayy better though!
wow the story line was more jacked up than Mily Cyrus's teeth. It was a like 80 minutes of Jacob don't leave me and Bella I want you, But Jacob your so sexy but it wont work. Man I thought Disney made such cheesy love stories but I would now take my chance with Disney. A movie about werewolves and Vampires and after two movies we only know about 4 cases where the creatures actually bit or killed someone. I see this franchise wheels coming off just like harry potthead. I mean they are making movies based on the success of the first one and just hoping people are dumb enough to use their experience of the first movie to sell tickets. A rip off and I'm glad I didnt pay to see the first or the second movie and if you ask me, movies about Vampires and Werewolves shouldn't be more that 5 minutes of love scenes cause when you mix over that time you run into a pointless movies about vampires and werewolves I mean why add vicious creatures if you dont let them be vicious. clearly you havent read the books? so i suggest you stop dissing the storyline becaz apparently you dont know anything about it. it does have meaning, which youd know if youd be non retarded enough to actually read them.
why would i want to read the book? last time I check this isn't barnes and nobles so reading isnt apart of watching a movie unless you include the credits. Im sure many people here watched many DC comics movies or Marvel movies and never picked up an issue of the commic itself but liked their movies so reading the book doesnt make up for such a crappy story designed to get parents to spend their hard earned money on crap. the people who were involved with this movie should be ashame of themselves cause it is clearly they are trying to rip off little girls by bringing boy idols to the table with no texture to it. You go spend your money to see these cast members walk down the street and Ill spend my money of something worth it cause if I want to just give away money, I would give it to charity instead of a movie company who develop movies just to sell tickets and not offer the consumer any real satisfaction to watching their product.
The whole idea of making movies from books is becuz some people dont have imagination. Altho I must say taking a gander at the books wont be such a bad idea. They are quite intriguing. It's very clear you are not a reader tho. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions..yet if you detest movies such as these then thank god for websites like this eh? Free..good price. These books are an idea from someone else's mind..imagination..opinion and if you havent noticed..a strong love story.. I think it's fascinating that people bring books to life and actually succeed in the process. Very rare. well once again what does reading and watching a movie have to do with one another? Comparing the two is like comparing our military to Dog the bounty hunter. A good book doesn't mean it can just be transfered to the big screen. Two hobos and digital camera won't make Sarah Palin's Going Rogue book the next Avatar film. Just because it was good on print doesn't mean it is good on film and well to put this simply reading Twilight and watching the movie is a form of two different entities with a common bond, the creator of the characters. This film is filled with poor acting and a catastrophic story line. Titanic was a romance and so is the play of Romeo and Juliet but this movie is nothing but a ploy to rip off teenage girls and women lusting for that feel of "someone for everyone." So if you think reading the book with fix the holes and Disney's stepsister romance then you have poor taste or you are a lemming willing to follow anyone's idea right off the clift.
but reading is fun..demental! get it, because it's fun, whatever, i really don't care, just thought I could add to the pointless jumble. blah blah blah, by the way, the books and the movie both suck equaly. The only reason they survive at all is bec ause there geared at normal kids who have a tinge of a "dark goth" side. You see, it's easier to sell crack if it taste like strawberry milkshakes. Well Brad is getting a bit old and Angie Jolie is mother of what 10 already children.Hollywood needs something to drive the gals to the stores and theaters and Hannah Montana does not cut it anymore..well since people found out that Cyrus and Montana were actually the same person so here we have Twilight to the rescue.
Like Hunk vampires and so called goth garbage..you can give this one a go.Nothing spectacular here.Actually is is kind of the 90210 of the teen horror flicks but something has got to be number 1 right so there you have it.This waste of film reel will have you go huh what ? but if you do not want to be BFFed , just go with the flow and say..l love Robert and Kristen is my queen.This might land you in much better perspective with your gal but do note:You gal might be mature to understand the complexities of a Vamp relationships but not a real one, so patience.She will eventually get over 16 years of age soon and you will all laugh at paying 10 $ for this utter rubbish.

This movie was definitely worth a watch , simply because of the good storyline.

the first T was a little too corny for my taste [the special f/x made it look cheesy]..this one had a better [supernatural] plot..and if you like popcorn this is a good movie to share a big bowl of it [w/extra butter] with your buddies - with the lights OUT :)
It was better than i thought it would be.. 5/5 really is no reason not to give it less. It was enjoyable. Bella could of been less wimpy :) but who am i to say so.
this movie is amazing i have read all the books and saw the first movie so Many times but this film is so much better the cast and crew did an amazing job i just cannot wait for the next one i,am officially hooked now . this movie covers a wide range its a romance,supernatural,action even a comedy in pleases its a film you just have to watch again and again
I loved the books read all of them. own all of them. My husband didnt like the first movie I didnt really like the first one it was good acting on some of the charictors. The second movie was a lot better on all the actors actting. I didnt like how the movie didnt really go with the book at all. it cut out some of the more important parts on detail wise.

OK..so I read all of the books plus the partial draft of "Midnight Sun" on http://ww.stepheniemeyer.com and I really liked the books.She is a great author.The movies are good,just wish they had more of the book in them.But hey,you can't fit an entire book into one movie,that's a big reason why the studio is considering making "Breaking Dawn" into 2 films.So,all in all..I like the films.Both director's and the Screen Writer has done a great job.
Well if you love the books, there's no way that the movies can seem bad. It was a good movie but the books have so much more life. Overall, a good watch and better than the first :) 4/5
Umm, reverse that.. if you love the movies, there's no way the BOOKS can seem bad. Books are good, movies are garbage, not enough glue to give substance. I love the books, can't get into the movies, think Kristen Stewart was miscast at the least.
finally,somebody that agrees with me that robert pattinson is not that good looking.i don't get the fasination with him.taylor lautner is cuter,but the hottest best looking guy to me in the movie was Emitt.

i thought this was ok would say it was bit better than the first not read any of the books so dont know how close the movie is to the books but its worth a watch will probably watch eclipse when its out 3/5
