Watch for it, Sean Connery in a suit, every time the camera leaves him and then comes back.. his tie is there, then he's taken it off, then it's back (perfectly knotted), then gone..etc.
Funny moment but I'd expect Hollywood brass to be a little more careful, "go ahead, take off your tie and we'll shoot it again. Then splice it with the old footage" lol
i can not believe i've gone nine years of my life without seeing The Untouchables, and i love mob movies. this one is perfect. 7>/5 because it's better then five.
A classic mobster movie by Brian De Palma. Solid performances by a slew of top name actors. Storyline is fantastic and the theme music is stirring/rousing. There's one particular scene that will leave you breathless and man, does Billy Drago make a creepy villian or what!? 5/5 stars
coming from a 20yr old in today's society and comparing it to over 20 years ago's society, i can see why this became a classic. hard to describe without watching it. so watch it :)
one problem with movies
is that the good guy always wins
sean connary did not die as fast as the man keeping the book keeper hostage
and he had more then 10 shots hit him
all in the chest
and the hostage man had one shot, and died auto..
one problem
but still.. 4/5 because it's to easy to know whats gonna happe
